Job Summary: We are seeking an expert technician in air conditioning maintenance and installation, refrigeration, and general services, with a focus on comprehensive corporate solutions. We are a company located in **San Martín de Porres**, dedicated to providing comprehensive corporate solutions; therefore, we are seeking a candidate with expertise in air conditioning maintenance and installation, refrigeration, and general services. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Refrigeration, industrial, or electrical technician, or related field (preferred) \- Studies and specialization in air conditioning installation (preferred) \- Basic MS Office proficiency (preferred) \- Minimum 3 years of experience \- Availability to work across various areas of Lima. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Installation, diagnosis, repair, and preventive/corrective maintenance of air conditioning equipment (Inverter, VRV, MultiV, Packaged, Ducted, Decorative, Window, Split, etc.) and ventilation equipment (Centrifugal, Axial, Air Curtains, etc.). \- Participation in routine inspections of various equipment and reporting potential operational anomalies. \- Selection, preparation, and handling of tools, instruments, and devices used in assembly, installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment and industrial equipment. \- Performing mechanical adjustments. \- Recharging refrigerant into comfort and precision refrigeration and air conditioning systems. \- Relocation of air conditioning equipment. \- Compressor replacement and oil replacement. \- Chiller maintenance \- Compressor repair. \- Maintenance of precision, packaged split, split, etc. equipment. \- Electrical wiring, thermostats, contactors. \- Performing routine maintenance of heating and refrigeration systems. \- Diagnosing and repairing faulty equipment, such as refrigeration systems, air conditioning units, and heating pumps. \- Installation of new heating and refrigeration systems. \- Maintaining accurate records of equipment repairs and maintenance. \- Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical components of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. \- Collaborating with team members and management to ensure customer satisfaction. \- Adhering to safety procedures and guidelines on site. \- Timely completion of work orders. \- Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,800\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you agreeable to the offered salary?
