At Talent2Win, we are looking for our next **Administrative Analyst.** **What will be your mission?** Ensure accurate control and management of the area’s operational and administrative information, contributing to orderly, efficient, and high-quality process flow. ### **What are we looking for?** * Graduate of Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative, HR, or operational management roles. * Intermediate Excel proficiency and experience working with reports and databases. * Experience working with an ATS and/or HR platform. **Key Competencies:** * Attention to detail and orientation toward information quality. * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. * Analytical, organized, and meticulous profile. * Adaptability to change and ability to work in dynamic environments. * Clear and effective communication. ### **What will be your main responsibilities as an Administrative Analyst?** * Manage billing and pre-billing processes, ensuring validation of information, supporting evidence, and required approvals. * Prepare and submit progress, pre-billing, and operational control reports for leader follow-up. * Register, assign, and administer requirements in ATS, guaranteeing accurate data entry and integrity. * Conduct requirement tracking and control, promptly flagging incomplete information, pending items, or operational incidents. * Administer and update provisional codes, structures, and data associated with recruitment and billing processes. * Actively participate in platform improvements and validations, proposing optimizations and ensuring correct functionality of assigned modules. * Manage candidate document registration and information upload into ATS, ensuring compliance with onboarding procedures. * Provide support, training, and operational follow-up to internal teams through practical workshops, controls, and squad-level statistics. * Coordinate and execute internal job postings, ensuring adherence to guidelines, timelines, and application tracking. * Validate candidate onboarding information—including personal data, employment conditions, documentation, and organizational structure—ensuring proper management within relevant platforms. **What will you find at Talent2Win?** * Hybrid work model. * Birthday leave day. * Corporate discounts. * A horizontal and approachable team. * Monday to Friday work schedule.
