Position Summary: We are seeking a strategic professional to lead the Home Channel, driving growth, managing teams, and optimizing commercial operations. Key Highlights: 1. We seek a strategic professional to lead our Home Channel and take it to the next level. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead the commercial strategy and growth of the channel. * Manage and develop the Call Center team, enhancing sales and customer experience. * Administer e\-commerce, CRM, and loyalty programs. * Coordinate marketing campaigns focused on commercial results. * Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Logistics, Billing, and Distribution to ensure efficient operations. * Analyze business metrics (sales, profitability, repurchase rate, average ticket, conversion, among others) and propose continuous improvement actions. * Identify market opportunities, optimize the product portfolio, and develop strategies to increase channel profitability. **Requirements** * Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience leading commercial channels, e\-commerce, or business units. * Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), retail, food, distribution, or e-commerce. * Proficiency in management metrics, CRM, advanced Excel, and data analysis tools (Power BI is desirable). * Knowledge of e\-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and WhatsApp Business. **We are looking for someone with** * Leadership and influence. * Strategic vision and results orientation. * Strong analytical capability and data-driven decision-making. * Excellent communication skills and ability to develop teams. * Proactivity, innovation, and focus on continuous improvement. **We Offer** * Compensation: S/. 5,000\.00 Soles per month \+ Bonuses under the General Payroll Regime. * Office hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **If you seek to take on the challenge of leading a complete business unit with direct impact on sales, profitability, and customer experience, this opportunity is for you.** Salary: Starting at S/.5,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
