Position Summary: We are seeking a strategic professional to lead the Households channel, driving sales, optimizing operations, and developing teams—with direct impact on profitability and customer experience. Take on the challenge of leading a complete business unit with direct impact We seek a strategic professional to lead our Households channel and take it to the next level. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead the commercial strategy and growth of the channel. * Manage and develop the Call Center team, enhancing sales and customer experience. * Oversee e\-commerce, CRM, and loyalty programs. * Coordinate marketing campaigns focused on commercial results. * Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Logistics, Billing, and Distribution to ensure efficient operations. * Analyze business metrics (sales, profitability, repurchase rate, average ticket, conversion, among others) and propose continuous improvement actions. * Identify market opportunities, optimize the product portfolio, and develop strategies to increase channel profitability. **Requirements** * Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience leading commercial channels, e\-commerce, or business units. * Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), retail, food, distribution, or e-commerce. * Proficiency in management metrics, CRM, advanced Excel, and data analytics tools (Power BI is desirable). * Knowledge of e\-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and WhatsApp Business. **We Are Looking For Someone With** * Leadership and influence. * Strategic vision and results orientation. * Strong analytical ability and data-driven decision-making. * Excellent communication and team development skills. * Proactivity, innovation, and focus on continuous improvement. **We Offer** * Compensation: PEN 5,000\.00 per month \+ Bonuses under the General Regime payroll system * Office hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **If you are ready to take on the challenge of leading a full business unit—with direct impact on sales, profitability, and customer experience—this opportunity is for you.** Salary: Starting at PEN 5,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
