**About the Role**

The **purpose of this role** is to ensure accurate and comprehensive management and control of foreign trade operations in Colombia, Peru, and Ecuador, ensuring that each shipment has complete and validated documentation, tracking dashboards remain up to date, and coordination with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs authorities, and logistics is carried out promptly.
**Your Responsibilities**

Review emails sent by suppliers (Mexico, United States) for opening new shipments in the Colombia and Ecuador tracking files, completing all required columns.
* Review origin documentation received (invoice, packing list, and Certificates of Analysis); if discrepancies arise—such as date mismatches between COA and invoice, or weight differences in the packing list—request corrections from the origin. Also issue clarifying letters when required.
* Verify that weekly report information is updated with detailed tracking dashboard data per country.
* Continuously monitor and update the dashboard regarding changes in arrival dates, requests, B/L and AWB review, arrival notices, and payment requests. If discrepancies arise, immediately report them to the relevant freight forwarder for timely correction and issuance of the final B/L.
* Handle required customs-related inquiries.
* Once clearance is obtained, update the dashboard and coordinate with the logistics team and transportation company for warehouse dispatch and delivery.
* Track container pickups through to container return.
* Upload all invoices into each country’s expense file.
* Upon completion of each operation, verify that all agency and transportation invoices are available.
* Inform each customs agency’s billing department of the billing cutoff date.
* Monitor any requests from customs agencies and/or internal customers.
* At month-end, verify that import folders are complete: Invoice, B/L, PL, COA, CO, ZOO, expense invoices, and customs declaration.

University student in the final stage of studies in Foreign Trade, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, with interest in professional development within dynamic, results-oriented environments.
