Please note this role features a **progressive (not immediate) learning curve**, requiring commitment, analytical thinking, and a strong desire to deeply engage with the business. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Gather and analyze functional requirements for new projects and evolutionary enhancements. * Develop and maintain functional documentation (ERS, Use Cases, User Stories). * Collaborate closely with development, QA, and Project Management teams. * Participate in functional testing and UAT processes. * Support implementations and production releases. * Maintain system documentation and user manuals. * Identify opportunities for improvement and propose value-added solutions. * Clearly and promptly communicate progress, risks, and deviations. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 2 years of prior experience as a Functional Analyst **in the IT industry (mandatory)**. * Experience in requirements gathering and documentation. * Intermediate-level SQL proficiency. * Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar. * Knowledge of UML / BPMN. * Basic understanding of functional testing. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Residency near our offices (Chorrillos District \- Peru) **PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS** * Microsoft 365\. * Technical English. * Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum). * Experience in project support or coordination. * Data visualization tools (Power BI, Data Studio, etc.). * Interest in continuous improvement. **BENEFITS** * Birthday leave day * Training and development program * In-house English classes * Discounts on IT education for you and your family * Non-working days are recognized as official holidays If you seek a real challenge in the IT world — where you can learn, deeply engage, and grow professionally — this could be your next step.
