Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to conduct direct sales, provide technical consultation, and expand the customer portfolio for industrial products and services. Key Highlights: 1. Ongoing training and provision of a vehicle for client visits **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct direct sales and technical consultation for the company's product/service lines in industrial hydraulics, pneumatics, multifluids, fluid control, and sensing * Expand the customer portfolio and increase sales from existing customers according to the company's commercial needs * Propose new business ideas and projects based on applications of our components * Perform administrative commercial management activities: recording sales opportunities in CRM, preparing and tracking quotations, purchase orders, service orders, and coordinating invoicing **REQUIREMENTS:** * Mechanical Engineer, Mechatronics Engineer, Electro-Mechanical Engineer, Plant Machinery Maintenance Technician, Mechanical Technician, Industrial Automation Technician, or related field * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles within industrial sales (B2B) and/or high-turnover industrial supply sales * Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic mechanisms * Driver's License Class A1 **WE OFFER** * Formal employment under the General Regime with all statutory benefits * Base salary + monthly sales performance incentive * Continuous training * Company-provided vehicle for client visits * EPS (Private Health Insurance) Salary: S/.1,900.00 - S/.2,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
