Responsibilities * Schedule and coordinate equipment pickups and deliveries. * Track the status of service orders and sales. * Coordinate with various departments to meet service and delivery deadlines. * Verify issuance of shipping guides and related documentation. * Maintain up-to-date service tracking information. * Coordinate with customers regarding pickups, deliveries, and acceptance of completed services. * Support the billing process and order closure. * Prepare operational tracking reports and metrics.
