Join us as we go beyond and be part of a team that’s redefining what’s possible. **Role Responsibilities** As a key member of Western Union’s **Sales** team in **Lima – Peru**, this position drives business growth through sub-agency network development and expansion, sales point performance optimization, and commercial relationship strengthening. The role is responsible for driving sales of remittance and bill payment products, managing strategic customer relationships, and leading the execution of commercial initiatives that enhance market presence and competitiveness. Additionally, it focuses on expanding the commercial network by onboarding new partners and supporting them to ensure sustainable activity development, acting as a key liaison between merchants and the company to guarantee stable growth and solid performance. * Prospect within assigned territories and manage routes in designated zones. * Present the value proposition and finalize agreements with merchants. * Plan and implement action plans for your portfolio. * Manage KYC/AML documentation, contracts, and operational onboarding of new points. * Maintain and develop commercial relationships with affiliated businesses. * Prepare performance projections and portfolio evolution analysis. * Ensure activation and initiation of transactions at new points. * Record visits, opportunities, and progress of management activities, with periodic reporting. * Propose pricing or commission adjustments to improve performance. * Act as the liaison between merchants and the company’s support departments. * Resolve operational or administrative incidents related to points. * Monitor territory performance to identify improvement opportunities. * Participate in follow-up meetings to review actions and commercial needs. **Role Requirements** * Completed secondary education. Specialized courses or university studies in commercial, marketing, administration, or related fields will be valued. * Minimum 3 years of field sales experience managing B2B customers within the traditional channel, with a focus on commercial network development and portfolio management. Experience in intangible services (banking or financial services) is preferred. * Proven experience negotiating with merchant owners, managing commercial objectives with emphasis on sustainable growth, execution discipline, and resilience in facing challenges. * Willingness to work in the field and travel within the assigned territory. * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). * Ability to analyze results and track commercial KPIs, evaluating performance per sales point and territory. * Interpersonal communication, negotiation, and customer management skills, including resolution of complex situations and interaction with diverse personalities. * Proactive, organized, and highly self-motivated profile, capable of efficiently planning work and managing multiple internal tasks without hierarchical structure. **Work Modality** Western Union values in-person collaboration, problem-solving, and idea generation whenever possible.
