




Job Summary: This role focuses on expanding the commercial network by onboarding and developing partner businesses, acting as a key liaison to ensure stable growth and strong performance. Act as a key liaison between merchants and the company **Role Responsibilities** The role is focused on expanding the commercial network by onboarding new partner businesses and supporting them until they generate consistent activity. It serves as a key point of contact between merchants and the company to ensure stable growth and strong overall performance. * Prospect in territory and manage routes in assigned zones. * Present the value proposition and finalize agreements with merchants. * Manage KYC/AML documentation, contracts, and operational onboarding of new locations. * Maintain and develop commercial relationships with affiliated businesses. * Prepare performance projections and portfolio evolution analysis. * Ensure activation and initiation of transactions at new locations. * Record visits, opportunities, and progress of management activities, with periodic reporting. * Propose pricing or commission adjustments to drive improved performance. * Act as a liaison between merchants and the company’s support departments. * Resolve operational or administrative issues related to locations. * Monitor territory performance to identify improvement opportunities. * Participate in follow-up meetings to review commercial actions and needs. **Role Requirements** * Minimum 3 years of field sales experience in B2B or traditional channel sales. * Experience building commercial networks and managing portfolios. * Ability to analyze results and performance per location and per territory. * Proficiency in tracking and managing commercial KPIs. * Experience negotiating with merchant owners and working toward targets. * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). * Willingness to work on-site and travel within the assigned territory. * Strong communication skills and relationship-building capabilities. * Negotiation, influence, and autonomy to manage the territory effectively. * Orientation toward sustainable growth, commercial discipline, and resilience. * Ability to coordinate with multiple internal departments without hierarchical structure. **WORK MODALITY** Western Union values in-person collaboration, problem-solving, and idea generation whenever possible.
