Position Summary: We are seeking an Emergency Admission Executive to handle patient admissions and registration, process guarantee letters, and explain coverage at Clínica Providencia. Key Responsibilities: 1. Handle patient admissions and registration in emergency situations. 2. Process guarantee letters and explain coverage details. 3. Manage admission and insurance systems. ***Clínica Providencia*** is seeking top talent for the position of ***Emergency Admission Executive.*** **Responsibilities:** * Handle patient admissions and registration (identifying SOAT, SCTR, or agreement-based care). * Process guarantee letters. * Explain coverage, estimates, and hospital documentation to patients.\- Review and organize SOAT files. * Register, collect payments for, and schedule appointments requested by patients and/or treating physicians. * Enter data and perform procedures in the Spring system. * Cash reconciliation. * Other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions. * Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Proficiency in the SITEDS system and insurance coverage management. * Experience with cash handling and POS equipment. * Availability to work rotating shifts (2x2\). * Availability to work in San Miguel. **Benefits:** * Monthly salary: PEN 1,250 \+ cash-handling risk allowance PEN 100 \+ commissions. * Paid training programs. * Full payroll enrollment from the first day of employment. * Access to corporate discounts. * Special rates for employees and their immediate family members.
