Being a Digital Lover means being passionate about the digital world, putting your heart into what you do, not fearing to keep your head in the clouds, and being able to start each project with butterflies in your stomach. * Professional with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Agile Coach role. * Knowledge of agile methodologies, with emphasis on Kanban Upstream. * Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle. * Knowledge of enterprise architecture, organizational design, or related fields. * Knowledge of Value Stream Management. * Coaching for agile teams, Product Owners, Product Managers, or executives. * Experience with scaling frameworks (SAFe, Nexus, LeSS, among others). * Knowledge of agile metrics (Cycle Time, Lead Time, Throughput, among others). * Experience with agile practices (BDD, TDD, among others). * Knowledge of Product Discovery (e.g., Design Thinking). * Availability to work onsite twice a week in Chorrillos or La Molina, as assigned.
