Responsibilities * Contact and advise customers interested in loans. * Explain the process and address inquiries regarding the product. * Follow up with prospects until the transaction is closed. * Manage the database and keep the CRM updated. * Achieve established sales targets. * Provide personalized and high-quality customer service. Requirements * Minimum *6 months* of experience in sales, call center, or customer service. * Prior experience in financial products, loans, credit cards, insurance, or collections is desirable. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to achieving goals. * Availability to work onsite in San Isidro.
