




Position Summary: We are seeking a Customer Appointment Coordinator for a health and aesthetics clinic, responsible for customer service, appointment scheduling, clinical records management, and payments, delivering a warm and professional experience. Promotion of aesthetic treatments and services We are looking for Customer Appointment Coordinators who wish to join our team at a renowned health and aesthetics clinic. You will be responsible for providing in-person and telephone customer service, managing appointments, clinical records, payments, and delivering a warm and professional experience to our patients. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive and guide patients via telephone and social media. * Provide clear and timely information about treatments, promotions, and services. * Open and archive clinical records, ensuring full regulatory compliance. * Manage the medical schedule and coordinate appointments according to availability. * Offer additional facial products and services. * Promote promotions and free evaluations per commercial protocols. * Monitor overdue accounts and follow up on pending payments. * Confirm appointments and send reminders. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or having completed technical studies in Administration, Customer Service, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles, preferably in clinics or aesthetic centers. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: **11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.** Saturday: **8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.** **Why AQUAMED?** * Fixed salary of S/ 1200. * \+Family allowance (if applicable). * Uncapped commissions (starting from S/200\..... and up). * Formal payroll from day one, including 50% of all statutory benefits. * Discount on treatments and products. * Excellent working environment. * Opportunities for development and continuous training.
