Collaborative and achievement-oriented work environment **General Description** We are looking for a Commercial Executive focused on developing solutions and projects in the electrical and industrial sectors. The position requires an individual capable of identifying business opportunities, providing technical-commercial support, and strengthening relationships with key clients in the sector. **Required Profile** * Graduate in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines. * Minimum 2 years of experience in technical, industrial, or similar sales. * Knowledge of electrical infrastructure, switchboards, wiring, and/or medium- and low-voltage projects. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Competencies in negotiation, effective communication, and results orientation. **Main Responsibilities** * Prospecting and contacting potential clients in the electrical and industrial sectors. * Preparing and presenting commercially oriented proposals supported by technical expertise. * Tracking opportunities, services, and post-sales activities. * Coordinating with internal technical teams to address client needs and requirements. * Preparing commercial reports and monitoring sales performance indicators. * Managing and strengthening the current customer portfolio. **Position Conditions** * **Work Mode:** On-site (Breña, Lima). * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. * **Remuneration:** 2500 \- 3000 **Benefits** * Professional growth and career path development. * Ongoing training in electrical solutions and commercial techniques. * Additional performance-based and sales-closing bonuses. * Collaborative and achievement-oriented work environment.
