Job Summary: We are seeking Expansion and Location Executives with strong field orientation, negotiation skills, and a commercial focus to identify and manage strategic locations for advertising. At Grupo ALAC, we are seeking Expansion and Location Executives. We seek candidates with strong field orientation, negotiation ability, and commercial focus who can identify and manage strategic locations for the installation of advertising elements. **What do we expect from this role?** To identify high-value commercial opportunities, manage relationships with property owners, and provide end-to-end follow-up for each location until municipal permits are obtained. **Key Responsibilities:** * Visit target areas to identify locations with advertising potential. * Evaluate spaces based on visibility, foot and vehicle traffic, surrounding environment, and profitability. * Contact and negotiate directly with property owners. * Manage documentation, files, and follow-up for each location. * Coordinate with internal departments to advance approvals, permits, and implementation. * Conduct on-site information gathering (photographs, measurements, and space conditions). * Track contracts, permits, and observations related to managed locations. **Profile:** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in fieldwork, negotiation, or location management. * Ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments and maintain consistent follow-up. * Strong negotiation skills and results orientation. * Willingness to perform fieldwork (mandatory). * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar or related roles involving expansion, location management, field sales, or physical space negotiation.
