Support users in efficient usage through guidance and follow-up **Systems Implementation Specialist** At **PS Grupo Hunting**, we are looking for a **Systems Implementation Specialist** to join an organization active in healthcare and technological solutions, with a focus on implementing, training, and optimizing the use of platforms deployed in clinical and administrative environments. **Position Objective** Ensure the proper deployment, adoption, and utilization of systems used in clinical and administrative operations, supporting users in efficient usage through training, guidance, and post-implementation follow-up. **Key Responsibilities** * Participate in system implementation processes within healthcare institutions. * Coordinate and deliver training sessions for clinical and administrative users. * Gather functional requirements jointly with users and technical teams. * Coordinate with technology teams and vendors throughout implementation processes. * Conduct post-deployment follow-up to support proper system adoption. * Collaborate on improving and optimizing the use of implemented platforms. * Support compliance with best practices regarding handling and safeguarding sensitive information. * Contribute to operational continuity of implemented systems. **Requirements** * Preferred educational background in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * Prior experience in system implementation, training, or support. * Experience working with clinical or administrative users in healthcare institutions is desirable. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (desirable). * Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple departments. **Valued Competencies** * Service and user orientation. * Collaborative teamwork. * Communication skills. * Proactivity and self-management. * Analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Continuous improvement orientation. **Application** Interested candidates may submit their updated CV, indicating salary expectations, to: seleccion@grupops.cl with subject line: COMMERCIAL EXECUTIVE \- PERU Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
