




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage and develop a customer portfolio, conduct commercial prospecting, and provide technical advisory services to increase sales and customer satisfaction. Interdepartmental coordination to enhance customer experience This vacancy requires managing and developing an assigned customer portfolio, efficiently handling incoming contacts (telephone, email, WhatsApp, website), conducting commercial prospecting and follow-up, and providing technical advisory on products and solutions to increase sales, customer retention, and satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities**: * Proactively manage and service the assigned customer portfolio. * Respond to customer inquiries received via phone or email. * Conduct prospecting and acquisition of new customers based on company strategy. * Identify customers' technical needs and offer appropriate solutions. * Prepare quotations, conduct sales follow-ups, and close deals. * Promote strategic or low-turnover product lines. * Maintain up-to-date customer information and commercial activities in the CRM or management system. * Meet assigned performance indicators and targets (sales, margin, turnover, new customers, etc.). * Coordinate with other departments (logistics, credit, technical support) to ensure a positive customer experience. * Participate in technical and commercial training sessions to stay updated. * Periodically report progress of results and identified opportunities. **Requirements**: * Education: Technical or university degree in administration, marketing, engineering, graphic design, or related fields. * Experience: 2 years in technical sales (industrial products, advertising supplies, machinery, etc.). * Technical knowledge of the company’s product portfolio (internal training will be provided). * Proficiency in digital tools: CRM, email, WhatsApp Business, ERP, Microsoft Office suite. * Strong communication skills—clear, persuasive, and solution-oriented. * Results-driven mindset, teamwork orientation, and ability to acquire technical knowledge. * Proactivity, organization, and effective time self-management. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:15 PM; Saturday, 8:30 AM to 12:45 PM. Work location: Main office in Callao, bordering Bellavista. Avenida Colonial.
