Job Summary: We are seeking a Steward for a recreational center to ensure the cleanliness and organization of utensils, as well as equipment maintenance and dining area upkeep. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for cleaning and organizing cutlery, glassware, and tableware 2. Ensures equipment maintenance and dining area cleanliness for staff 3. Assists in cleaning grease traps and handles supplies appropriately We are looking for (01\) STEWARD for our Recreational Center in Ñaña * Wash and organize cutlery, glassware, and tableware, ensuring their availability for service. * Monitor maintenance and proper functioning of operated machinery and equipment to identify malfunctions or replacement needs. * Clean and disinfect the staff dining area, ensuring its proper maintenance for staff comfort. * Ensure correct handling and storage of cleaning supplies and work materials. * Collaborate with maintenance staff in cleaning and maintaining grease traps. * Perform other duties and responsibilities within their competence as stipulated by current regulations and/or assigned by their immediate supervisor. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed primary education * Specific Knowledge: Kitchen Cleaning and Hygiene / Use of Cleaners and Disinfectants. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in the hospitality sector or related fields.
