




Position Summary: We are seeking staff for the Front Desk department to handle check-in/out, attend to guest requests and complaints, promote sales, and manage petty cash. Key Responsibilities: 1. Active guest assistance and incident resolution 2. Petty cash management and billing 3. Promotion of front desk product sales **SM Hotel \& Bussines Av Universitaria 848, San Miguel.** **We are currently looking for Front Desk staff to join our team!** **Responsibilities:** * Perform check-in and check-out procedures in accordance with established policies and procedures. * Actively attend to guest requests. * Handle, resolve, and record guest complaints and feedback in the incident report. * Promote sales of front desk products, early check-in, and late check-out. * Hand over shifts by communicating relevant information and incidents occurred during the day. * Manage the front desk petty cash (currency exchange, reconciliation, etc.). * Process billing and send invoices/receipts. * Follow up on inactive accounts, Incident Logbook, and Complaints Book. * Ensure the front desk is adequately supplied with necessary materials for daily operations. **Competencies and Benefits:** * Availability to work full-time in San Miguel on 8-hour shifts. * Timely payments. * Monthly rotating schedules. * Sales incentives. * Excellent working environment. * One day off per week. * Internship certification. **Requirements:** * One year of experience (preferred but not mandatory). * Currently enrolled student or graduate in Administration, Tourism and Hospitality, Commercial Aviation, or related fields. **SEND UPDATED CV TO: 941 994 747** **IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY** Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent, Internship Work Location: On-site
