Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to transform financial data into strategic insights, design interactive dashboards, and provide analysis to support decision-making. We are looking for a **Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst** with an analytical mindset, passion for data, and solid understanding of the financial environment. The primary mission of this role is to transform large volumes of financial data into strategic information, design interactive control dashboards, and deliver detailed analyses that support the organization’s business and financial decision-making. In this role, you will work closely with Finance, Strategic Planning, and Management Control teams, acting as the bridge between data infrastructure and business strategy to identify growth opportunities, cost optimization initiatives, and risk mitigation strategies. **Key Responsibilities** * **Dashboard Development:** Design, implement, and maintain interactive control dashboards and automated reports using BI tools for monitoring financial KPIs. * **Financial Data Analysis:** Extract, clean, and consolidate data from multiple sources to analyze profitability trends, margins, portfolio behavior, and cash flows. * **Data Modeling:** Collaborate on structuring data warehouses (*Data Warehouses*) and creating optimal data models that enable self-service analytics for the finance team. * **Process Automation:** Identify opportunities to automate recurring report extractions, reducing operational time and minimizing manual error margins. * **Data Governance and Quality:** Ensure the integrity, consistency, and accuracy of information contained in financial reports and BI dashboards. * **Strategic Business Partner:** Translate complex technical metrics into clear, actionable business insights for presentation to departmental management. **Candidate Requirements** * **Academic Background:** Bachelor's or professional degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Business Administration, or related fields. * **Required Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years of experience in data analysis roles, preferably within the **financial, banking, fintech, or corporate management control sectors**. * **Essential Technical Skills:** * Advanced proficiency in visualization tools such as **Power BI** (including DAX language and Power Query) or **Tableau**. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in **SQL** for extracting and manipulating relational databases. * Basic or intermediate knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R focused on data analysis (desirable). * **Office Software:** Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (with emphasis on **advanced Excel** for analytical modeling) and Google Workspace tools. * **Competency-Based Skills (Soft Skills):** * Strong logical-analytical thinking and exceptional attention to detail. * Assertive communication skills to explain data concepts to non-technical audiences. * Proactivity, organization, and a business problem-solving orientation.
