**Responsibilities:**
Evaluate the financial sustainability of FONAFE and the enterprises under its scope, in the short and medium term, through the use of funding sources and/or financial mechanisms.
Evaluate and propose internal and external financing mechanisms for state-owned enterprises, in accordance with applicable regulations.
Evaluate the financial efficiency of state-owned enterprises.
Analyze the capital structure and debt capacity of state-owned enterprises.
Calculate and validate the Effective Annual Rate (EAR) applicable to financings granted by FONAFE to enterprises under its scope.
Prepare technical reports for granting financing to enterprises under FONAFE's scope.
Issue opinions regarding the risk profile of financings.
Evaluate the recovery of financings granted to enterprises under FONAFE's scope.
Identify investment and placement alternatives for the financial surpluses of state-owned enterprises offered within the Financial System, for optimal return.
Conduct auctions for placing financial surpluses of enterprises under FONAFE's scope with financial institutions.
Formulate, modify, evaluate, and project FONAFE's cash flow.
**Requirements:**
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
Specialization in Corporate Finance and Financial Risk Management or related fields. (Mandatory)
Minimum seven (7) years of general work experience, including at least three (3) years in a similar position performing functions and responsibilities aligned with this role in public and/or private enterprises.
Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
