At MUTAPLAST, we are looking for a Financial and Business Planning Analyst with strategic vision, analytical capability, and a business focus. This role will be critical in modeling scenarios, analyzing profitability, identifying opportunities, and supporting management in making better decisions regarding growth, investment, and new businesses. Position Financial and Business Planning Analyst Requirements: Completed university degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Accounting Minimum 2 years of relevant experience Position Mission Provide analytical support to management in financial planning, business analysis, opportunity evaluation, and identification of improvements for the company’s profitable growth. Main Responsibilities Develop financial models, budgets, and business forecasts. Analyze profitability by line, customer, product, or scenario. Evaluate market opportunities, new businesses, and investments. Create executive reports and KPIs for management. Analyze capacity, costs, and operational variables with financial impact. Prepare decision-making scenarios and recommendations. Identify improvement opportunities in growth, profitability, and efficiency. Ideal Candidate Profile We seek an analytical, structured, and business-oriented individual with strong judgment, numerical proficiency, and the ability to transform data into actionable decisions. The candidate must communicate clearly, work methodically, and aspire to grow closely alongside management. Requirements Professional degree in Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of prior experience in financial planning, financial analysis, management control, business planning, or similar roles. Advanced Excel skills. Experience developing models, forecasts, and profitability analyses. Availability for on-site work with strong interaction with operations.
