A prominent corporate holding operating in the hospitality, restaurant, and café sectors is seeking a **Senior Financial Analyst** to join our team and contribute to strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: · Consolidate and analyze financial information across the holding's companies. · Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and consolidated cash flow statements. · Monitor financial indicators and analyze variances, risks, and opportunities. · Develop financial models and evaluate investment projects and new business ventures. · Prepare management reports and presentations for senior leadership and the board of directors. · Identify domestic and international financing sources. First- and second-tier banking. · Drive improvements in management control and financial analysis processes. · Handle financial data using artificial intelligence. Requirements: ✔ Bachelor's degree in Economics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields. ✔ Master's degree in Corporate Finance, Financial Management, or an MBA with a Finance specialization is mandatory. ✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions. ✔ Experience in the hotel, tourism, or service sectors is desirable. ✔ Technical knowledge: Financial Planning and Analysis, Budget Preparation and Control, Cost and Profitability Analysis, Treasury Management, Cash Flow Management, and Financial Indicators. ✔ Proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools such as Power BI. ✔ Knowledge of ERP systems and hotel management software. ✔ Competencies: Analytical ability, strategic thinking, results orientation, attention to detail, teamwork. ✔ Willingness to travel between various holding units.
