Position Summary: We are seeking a Business Banking Supervisor to manage and support a team of promoters, and to monitor the placement of Working Capital products. Key Highlights: 1. Currently, we offer products from our commercial partner, Interbank; therefore, we are looking for a Business Banking Supervisor who wishes to join our family. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: \- Manage, support, and attend to the promoter team. \- Monitor the placement of various Working Capital products for small and medium-sized enterprises. REQUIREMENTS: \- Experience leading advisor teams. \- Experience selling intangible products (e.g., loans, insurance, etc.), preferably in Business Banking. \- Field sales experience. \- Students or professionals in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields. \- Immediate availability. SKILLS: \- Perseverance. \- Pro\-activity and dynamism. \- Communication and negotiation skills.
