Production Control Coordinator - Huaura

Job Summary: Supervise and ensure compliance with operational parameters and quality standards, identifying deviations and coordinating continuous improvement actions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Real-time supervision of critical operations. 2. Coordination for continuous process improvement. 3. Analysis of variability and efficiency indicators. * Monitor in real time the compliance with critical operational parameters during the production process. * Verify that operational variables remain within established ranges. * Identify operational deviations and coordinate immediate actions with Production. * Conduct operational follow-up of Critical Control Points (CCPs) and Process Controls (PCs) defined in HACCP from process execution onward. * Ensure compliance with defined operational sequences and standards. * Verify correct implementation of operational controls related to product safety and food safety. * Verify compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Promptly alert deviations that may jeopardize operational continuity or compliance with standards. * Identify opportunities for improvement in process stability and repeatability. * Prepare reports on process behavior and operational trends. * Analyze indicators of variability, losses, rework, efficiency, among others. * Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Automation teams in response to critical deviations. * Other duties inherent to the position. Requirements * Reside in Huacho, Huaura, or nearby areas. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate-level SAP proficiency (desirable). * Intermediate-level Minitab proficiency. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Expertise in managing production indicators. * Expertise in PC and CCP management.
