A reputable company specializing in the manufacturing of flexible packaging for the industrial sector is seeking an Industrial Engineering Intern who wishes to strengthen their knowledge and gain experience in production processes, operational control, and continuous improvement within an industrial setting. The position is targeted at students with analytical ability, initiative, and a learning orientation, who will provide support in monitoring production operations, process control, and efficiency-driven improvement activities. **Requirements:** * Student in the final cycles of Industrial Engineering. * Interest in operations, industrial production, and continuous improvement. * Basic knowledge of process management, operational control, or operations administration. * Prior experience in production or operational support areas (desirable but not mandatory). * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Organized, responsible individual with a strong willingness to learn. * Residency in Ate, Huachipa, Santa Clara, Chaclacayo, Chosica, Ñaña, Huaycán, Santa Anita, or nearby areas. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday – Full-time. **Benefits:** * Financial subsidy for pre-professional internships. * Training and development in industrial operations and process management. * Internship completion certificate or documentation. * Potential for permanent employment based on performance and results.
