At **Patty Pastelería**, a family-owned business with over 30 years of experience in the pastry industry, we seek a proactive, organized, and results-oriented individual to serve our customers, manage their orders, and develop new sales opportunities—particularly with corporate clients and businesses (B2B). **Work Location:** Miraflores **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., on-site. **Day Off:** Sunday Commercial Responsibilities * Identify and contact potential corporate clients to generate new sales opportunities. * Manage and develop the B2B client portfolio. * Prepare and follow up on quotations and commercial proposals. * Serve and advise clients via digital and telephone channels. * Identify sales opportunities with existing and potential clients. Order Management * Manage regular, corporate, and customized orders from registration through delivery. * Coordinate with production, stores, and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. * Review payments, purchase orders, and documentation from corporate clients. * Track deliveries and incidents to ensure a positive customer experience. * Maintain up-to-date client, sales, and order information. Requirements * Minimum one year of experience in sales, customer service, or commercial management. * Ability to identify, contact, and follow up with clients. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and results orientation. * Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency. * Prior B2B sales, corporate account, food industry, or retail experience is desirable.
