Position Summary: We are seeking an IT support professional to handle incidents, document solutions, install equipment, configure networks, and resolve internal issues. Key Responsibilities: 1. IT incident response and management 2. Equipment installation and software/network configuration 3. Internal equipment troubleshooting Helpdesk and IT Support Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (on-site) Requirements: Currently pursuing, graduated, or holding a bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering / Technical Systems or Electronics or related fields Minimum 6 months of experience as a technical support assistant Desirable basic knowledge of: - Intermediate English - Telecommunications networks and cloud servers (Amazon, etc.) - Basic programming languages: Java, PHP - Databases, PostgreSQL - Digital signatures - DNS - Routers - Report writing (desirable) Advanced knowledge of HTTPS / SSL / TLS Responsibilities: Respond to IT incident requests reported by users Document solutions and actions in the management system Install new equipment and/or software Configure email accounts and networks Troubleshoot internal equipment issues Benefits: Salary of S/1450 + Transportation and Food Bonus of S/400 Ongoing training Birthday leave Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: S/.1,850.00 per month Application Questions: * Do you have knowledge of information security? * Where do you currently reside? * What is your age? * Our salary is S/. 1,450.00 + bonus; is this satisfactory? * What is the most relevant information we should know about you?
