Ensures that all activities are carried out in compliance with applicable internal standards, policies, and procedures. **What do we expect from you?** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar roles **Computer Skills:** Intermediate-level knowledge of MS Office, general services, and Power BI. Languages: English **What challenges will you face?** * Promotes a customer-centric culture to deepen customer relationships and leverage the Bank’s extensive relationships, systems, and expertise. * Addresses general services requests submitted by internal customers. * Analyzes expenditure trends across various services under responsibility, using management indicators to maximize resource efficiency (e.g., historical consumption analysis). * Participates in developing the annual administrative services plan under responsibility. * Coordinates the generation of purchase orders and contracts for general services managed by the unit. * Maintains control over and ensures the validity of general services contracts managed by the unit, thereby guaranteeing continuity of critical operational services. * Monitors initiatives aimed at optimizing resource utilization, ensuring adherence to respective scheduling and budgetary plans. * Understands the Bank’s risk culture and how risk appetite must be considered in daily activities and decisions. * Actively performs effective and efficient operations within respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, compliance, and effectiveness of daily business controls to fulfill obligations aimed at mitigating operational risk, regulatory non-compliance risk, money laundering and terrorist financing risk, and conduct risk—including responsibilities defined under the Operational Risk Management Framework, the Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, the International Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Manual, and the Business Conduct Guidelines.
