At Materia Gris, we are searching for top talent to fill the position of **Junior Recruitment and Selection Analyst.** **Requirements:** * Completed technical or university studies in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles, leading end\-to\-end recruitment processes. * Proficiency in recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Computrabajo, Indeed, and professional networks. * Experience in selection processes for sectors such as banking, insurance, technology, or related industries. * Knowledge of competency-based assessments, administration of psychometric tests, and structured interviews. * Proficiency in office tools and Human Resources management systems. * Knowledge of labor legislation, Sunafil requirements, and labor inspection procedures. * Availability to work 100% on-site in Surquillo. **Skills:** * Communication and interpersonal skills * Leadership and empathy to manage teams and foster a positive work environment. * Ability to interact clearly and respectfully with diverse profiles. * Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and propose strategic solutions. * Proactivity, results orientation, and commitment to selection process quality. **Responsibilities:** * Manage recruitment and selection processes—from job profile definition to employee onboarding. * Post and disseminate job openings across various platforms and professional networks. * Conduct competency-based interviews, technical evaluations, and coordinate psychometric testing. * Coordinate with requesting departments to define job profiles, screening criteria, and final hiring decisions. * Maintain and update the candidate database and process progress reports. * Participate in the preparation of selection reports and metrics. * Support onboarding and follow-up of new hires to ensure effective integration. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools, aligned with organizational culture. * Other duties inherent to the area.
