Position Summary: BBVA is seeking a technical leader for major accounts, responsible for the stability of the transactional platform, integration management, and the use of AI to optimize performance. Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Regular (Undefined) **What are we looking for?** Mission: Lead specialized technical operations for major accounts (Interredes) and ensure the reliability of the transactional platform, managing complex integrations and critical infrastructure. Responsibilities: * Define the exclusive end-to-end service model for Major Accounts and governance, ensuring customization and high availability. * Supervise the acquirer platform’s stability, leading responses to major incidents and service outages. * Lead integration projects for point-of-sale systems, Host\-to\-Host systems, and tailored solutions for strategic clients. * Drive the use of advanced analytics and AI to predict network failures and optimize transactional performance. * Plan and coordinate operational deployments for trade fairs, conferences, and high-traffic transactional events. * Act as the primary IT counterpart to prioritize platform operational developments, patches, and enhancements. * Supervise the specific operation of "Agent"-type solutions or mass collection points. * Lead the operational crisis committee for events affecting business continuity. * Perform other duties assigned by leadership and drive continuous improvement of the role. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
