A leading company focused on innovation and customer experience **Job Description** ---------------------- Provide support to the Distribution Desk team under strict criteria of control, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance. Efficiently and promptly support the Distribution Desk team, contributing to the control, recording, and reconciliation of operational flows against client emails. Perform pre-reconciliation and daily reconciliation of operations, reporting to the Balance and Liquidity and Trading teams. Prepare tracking reports that monitor and control the area's KPIs. Coordinate with internal support areas to assist in client registration, operation settlement, as well as other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Graduates in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Business Management, or related fields * Advanced English proficiency * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency * Proficiency in Python, Bloomberg, and Datatecetc (Desirable) * Prior experience in banking, insurance, or treasury (Desirable) * Competencies: Proactive, communication at all levels, prior experience, etc. This position is open to persons with disabilities. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
