Currently, we are seeking **Tower Technicians** to participate in telecommunications projects in the mining sector, performing installation, integration, and commissioning activities for network infrastructure and equipment, ensuring compliance with the technical, operational, and safety standards established for each project. **Main Responsibilities** * Working at Height: Climbing lattice towers to perform physical assembly, securing, alignment, and connectivity testing of antennas (sectoral/omnidirectional) and wireless equipment. * Data Cabling: Running, dressing, securing, and terminating industrial UTP cable from the top of the tower down to the technical shelter. * Solar Power Systems: Assembling and installing solar panels, electrically connecting battery banks, securing metal support structures, and anchoring communication equipment. * Cabinet Installation: Physically installing equipment (switches, power supplies, PoE injectors) inside the shelter cabinet, including internal organization and cabling. * Proven experience in mechanical antenna assembly, use of harnesses, lifelines, and hand tools at height. * High level of responsibility and ability to work in the field under pressure. * Timely reporting of work progress and incidents to the Field Supervisor. * Compliance with established safety, quality, and environmental procedures for mining operations. **Requirements** * Certified or graduated technician in Telecommunications, Electronics, Industrial Electricity, or related fields. * Experience in antenna, access point (AP), and similar equipment installation. * Experience in solar panel installation, charge controllers, and battery banks. * Experience performing work at height (20 \- 30 meters). * Experience in structured cabling. * 2 to 3 years of experience assembling telecommunications infrastructure in field and mining unit environments. **Competencies and Skills** * Teamwork. * Responsibility. * Results orientation. * Proactivity. * Commitment to safety. **We Offer:** * Participation in an important mining-sector project. * Per diem allowances covered according to the project. * Timely payments. * Opportunity for professional development. * Excellent work environment.
