Responsibilities: * Perform daily cash reconciliation and collections. * Operate systems for appointment scheduling and other purposes. * Attend to patients. * Answer telephone calls. * Maintain order in the waiting area. * Generate patient reports. Requirements: * Age: 22 years or older. * Education: Technical diploma, Bachelor's degree, or graduate of secretarial studies, administrative technician programs, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office at user level. * Excellent communication skills, dynamic attitude, teamwork capability, and goal-oriented mindset. * Availability for full-time on-site work (8 hours per day), from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, in the Magdalena del Mar district. Mandatory: * Courteous demeanor and strong service orientation. Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,200.00 - S/.1,400.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
