We are looking for top talent to take on the challenge of serving as a Receptionist at a medical center located in Miraflores, Lima. Requirements: * Prior experience in customer service; healthcare sector experience is preferred. * Strong communication skills, empathy, and courteous interaction with patients and team members. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level). * Good writing and spelling skills. * Availability to work in Miraflores. Responsibilities: * Maintain an organized and tidy reception area. * Greet patients, answer telephone calls, and manage appointments. * Serve and guide visitors courteously and amicably, maintaining a visitor log. * Perform collections, product inventory control, petty cash management, and daily cash reconciliation. * Prepare receipts and invoices with proper recordkeeping. * Manage and update social media platforms. * Provide administrative support specific to the department. * Perform other support duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
