Job Summary: We are seeking talent for customer service roles with experience in cafés or restaurants, responsible for product preparation, customer service, and maintaining quality and hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service and teamwork 2. Preparation of bar products and optimal customer service 3. Production of products according to standardized recipes and control of supplies We are Huella y Aroma, a family-owned specialty café and healthy bakery. We offer a wide variety of coffee-based beverages sourced from different Peruvian origins, prepared using traditional methods and cold brew, as well as an extensive menu of healthy desserts, bowls, sourdough focaccias, and more. We are currently seeking experienced customer service talent matching the following profile: REQUIREMENTS \- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service and teamwork in similar positions within cafés or restaurants. \- Proactive, responsible, and disciplined. \- Committed to their work. WHAT WOULD YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE? \- Prepare bar area products (juices, coffees, sandwiches, etc.), ensuring smooth daily operations. \- Provide optimal customer service and remain attentive to customer needs. \- Produce items strictly according to standardized recipes, applying required techniques and ingredients to ensure product quality. \- Monitor supply levels and essential work materials in the area to support seamless service delivery. \- Maintain optimal hygiene standards during daily operations and within your assigned area. SCHEDULE: Monday through Sunday, with one day off per week MORNING SHIFT: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM SALARY: 1200 soles.
