Responsibilities * Respond to WhatsApp messages and customer inquiries * Schedule pickups and deliveries * Coordinate orders and track progress * Receive and deliver garments/shoes * Package orders * Perform quality control before delivery * Maintain order and organization in the reception area * Assist with basic operational tasks Requirements * Strong communication and writing skills * Proficiency and speed using mobile phones and WhatsApp Web * Attention to detail and organizational skills * Punctuality and responsibility * Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude * Ability to work under pressure * Prior experience in customer service, reception, or sales is preferred Schedule Tuesday to Sunday 9 a.m.\-6 p.m., Sunday 10 a.m.\-5 p.m. – Full-time Location Jesús María – In-person We Offer * Opportunity for growth * Training * Market-competitive salary Important Note We seek a committed, organized person eager to grow alongside our brand.
