We are a leading company in the **telecommunications** sector and are looking for **External Plant** technicians to join our network deployment projects. If you have field experience and seek stability, this is your opportunity! **What We Are Looking For:** We seek operational staff with technical proficiency, commitment to safety, and ability to work effectively in teams. **Minimum Requirements:** * **Proven experience:** At least 1 year in aerial and/or ducted fiber optic cable installation. * **Technical skills:** Proficiency with PEXT tools (ladders, cable tensioning, network hardware, fiber optic splicing and fusion). * **Safety:** Proper use of PPE and knowledge of working at heights. * **Documentation:** Valid driver's license (preferred). * **Availability:** Willingness to perform fieldwork and travel. **Your Main Responsibilities:** * Execute **fiber optic cable installation** according to technical drawings and quality standards. * Install network hardware on poles and in ducts. * Support tasks related to **splicing and basic connectivity testing**. * Ensure strict compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations. * Report daily progress and contingencies to the crew supervisor. **What We Offer:** * Competitive market-based salary. * Positive work environment. * Career growth opportunities.
