The purpose of this role is to manage inventory and administer brand information, adhering to specific guidelines and requests set forth by each brand and manufacturer. By analyzing improvement opportunities related to inventory, volume, market share, product mix, and margin, you will contribute to business profitability and development. **What You’ll Do** * Comprehensively manage brand inventory to ensure business-projected availability, generating stock allocation proposals to sales channels and identifying the optimal unit mix for sale. * Maintain proper operation of the procurement planning tool and update the following model-version variables: sell-in, sell-out, stocks, shipments, arrivals, prices, FOBs, MOS, among others. * Consolidate and provide market and brand information for report creation and analysis upon request: imports, sell-in, sell-out, registrations, deliveries, prices, stocks, among others. * Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for the Brand Manager, Product Manager, and factory. Includes competitive zones, unit flows, stocks, sales, among others. * Identify market and cluster opportunities and threats, proposing actions to ensure achievement of commercial targets. * Define competitive zones per assigned brand based on units, pricing, and technical specifications. * Consolidate import-related information: purchasing flows, packing lists, and other import documentation; coordinating with the factory and COMEX on any queries or clarifications. * Support the S&OP and Commercial Planning teams with reports, analyses, and any other required information. * Manage purchase order and credit note processes arising from brand commercial activities. **About You** To succeed in this role, you must have: * Completed university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * 1–3 years of experience in Commercial Planning, Brand Management, or roles closely aligned with this position. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint). * Intermediate-level English proficiency. * Intermediate-level Power BI proficiency. **What We Offer** At Inchcape, we are building the future of mobility—and we invite you to do it with us.
