We are an atelier specializing in bespoke men's tailoring, where each client receives personalized attention and every garment is crafted according to their physique, personality, lifestyle, and occasion. We seek someone who can be trained within our methodology and progressively become a key figure in delivering and enhancing our clients’ experience and service. **Responsibilities** Receive and personally attend to atelier clients. Converse with each client to understand their needs, lifestyle, preferences, and intended occasion of use. Advise on selecting suits, jackets, shirts, fabrics, colors, shoes, and accessories. Present various options and explain our bespoke tailoring process. Accompany the client throughout the entire process—from the first appointment to final delivery. Collaborate with the team to prepare tailored proposals for each client. Track orders and client requirements. Coordinate closely with administration, production, marketing, and communications. Progressively learn Yorgo Stratouris’s philosophy, aesthetics, and customer service methodology. **Ideal Candidate Profile** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Aesthetic sensitivity and genuine interest in men’s fashion and elegance. Ability to listen before selling. Empathy, courtesy, discretion, and confidence in communication. Organizational skills and responsibility. Ability to build trust and foster long-term client relationships. Interest in learning about tailoring, fabrics, proportions, colors, and men’s style. Proficiency in English is a plus. Prior experience in fashion, luxury, personalized service, hospitality, design, or related fields is valued—but prior experience in tailoring is not mandatory.
