RESPONSIBILITIES * **Prepare monthly sales forecasts, monitor weekly sales, and manage daily progress with each assigned executive.** * **Be trained on guidelines according to the product’s credit policies. Analyze and schedule each executive’s daily activities and movements.** * **Develop training and onboarding programs for the entire sales force.** * **Provide commercial advice and sales forecasting support to the team being led. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 1 year of experience as a commercial, sales, or field supervisor in the financial sector (Mandatory) * **Experience, knowledge, and handling of payroll-deductible loans and/or salary assignment loans.** * Must have a team of promoters experienced in the financial sector. * **Experience in customer management; organized, analytical, and possessing strong interpersonal skills.** * Competency in planning, organization, presence, and leadership. * **Knowledge of commercial processes, recognition programs, team leadership/development, and coaching.** * Intermediate-level MS Office proficiency.
