Job Description At RAMIREZ GROUP, we are looking for a Construction Administrator to provide administrative and operational support for the project, ensuring proper control of personnel, documentation, logistics, and coordination with all involved departments. Main Responsibilities * Manage and control project documentation. * Manage attendance records, work logs, and personnel incidents. * Coordinate personnel onboarding and document tracking. * Monitor and track administrative requirements for the construction site. * Coordinate with Human Resources, Logistics, Safety, and Operations departments. * Prepare management reports and performance indicators as requested by supervisors. * Manage control of assets, materials, and supplies assigned to the project. * Provide administrative support to the Site Resident and Site Supervisors. * Ensure compliance with the company's internal procedures. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree, professional title, or technical diploma in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Construction Administrator, Construction Administrative Assistant, or similar positions. * Experience in personnel control and document management. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Knowledge of administrative processes in construction, mining, or industrial projects. * Availability to work in Cajamarquilla.
