Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate cycling ambassador to guide customers on bicycle tours through Lima, authentically conveying its history, culture, and gastronomy. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in the creation of new tourist routes and experiences. Description: You will be the ambassador for Lima Bici. Your mission is to guide local and international customers on bicycle tours through Lima, safely, dynamically, and authentically conveying the city’s history, culture, gastronomy, and essence. **Responsibilities** * Lead groups on bicycles along various tourist routes in Lima. * Share knowledge about the city’s history, culture, gastronomy, and urban art. * Ensure participant safety throughout the entire tour. * Prepare and inspect equipment (bicycles and gear) before each tour. * Adapt the experience according to group profiles (international tourists, families, locals, etc.). * Contribute to the continuous improvement of routes and customer experience. Currently, Lima Bici consists of a team of five people with complementary roles: * Carolina: in charge of the shop and customer reception. * Meyer: mechanic responsible for bicycle maintenance and safety. * Magaly: commercial manager, handling relationships with travel agencies. * Teodosio: manager responsible for bicycle procurement, as well as financial and administrative management. * Arnaud: web page and online visibility manager for Lima Bici. Additionally, we work with a **team of freelance guides**, who support us during peak demand seasons or as operational needs arise, thereby ensuring continuity and quality of our experiences. Desired Profile: * Certified tourist guide or equivalent qualification (preferably recognized by MINCETUR). * Passion for cycling and good physical condition. * In-depth knowledge of Lima, its history, and urban culture. * Intermediate/advanced level of Spanish and English (other languages are a plus). * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Proactive, responsible attitude with strong teamwork orientation. **We Offer** * Indefinite-term contract. * Integration into an international, dynamic, and passionate team. * Growth opportunities within an expanding company. * Continuous training and professional development. * Participation in the creation of new tourist routes and experiences.
