Responsibilities * Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email, providing timely commercial information. * Assist in preparing quotations and commercial proposals. * Track orders and payments. * Coordinate with the administration team and other internal departments. * Provide administrative support for commercial operations.
