Job Summary: This role is critical for developing data solutions within the Data Ecosystem, ensuring effective design, implementation, and deployment, while supporting users. Key Highlights: 1. Supports and trains users on delivered data solutions. **Date:** Apr 2, 2026 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** This role is vital within its assigned teams, serving as the key enabler for developing data solutions that address diverse business needs — all built upon the Company's Data Ecosystem. Working alongside the team leader, it ensures that the design, implementation, and deployment of these solutions leverage data effectively, aligned with industry guidelines and best practices. Additionally, it supports users in adopting delivered data products through training and ongoing assistance to ensure successful solution adoption. **What will you do in this role?** * Ensure development and implementation of data solutions within the Data Lake. * Design and build automated data pipelines following established guidelines and industry best practices. * Promote the use and democratization of Sandboxes as a tool to enhance data usage efficiency across the Organization. * Support users in utilizing delivered data solutions. * Provide analytical mentoring to other analysts on the team. * Support the development and monitoring of Advanced Analytics pilots to evaluate and measure model impact. **What do we need from you?** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Completion of courses, diplomas, specializations, and/or certifications in Data Management, Cloud Architecture and Services (GCP, AWS, Azure), Data Science, Machine Learning, Data Storytelling, or related areas. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in this role and 4 years performing similar functions in another role. * Proficiency with tools such as Cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform / Amazon Web Services), Python (preferred) or other programming languages, database management (SQL), and ETL processes. * Knowledge and experience in data ingestion, data governance, data projects, or related areas.
