Job Summary: TECH INDUSTRIAS GLOBALES SRL. is seeking a Project Manager to manage, supervise, and control projects, services, and resources in both office and field settings, ensuring timely delivery of deliverables and effective management of technical personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and supervise office- and field-based projects. 2. Ensure delivery of deliverables to internal and external clients. 3. Lead and oversee field technical staff. We are TECH INDUSTRIAS GLOBALES SRL., and we are seeking a professional for the **PROJECT MANAGER** position with the following requirements: Required Degree: **Bachelor's degree and/or professional title** in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields. Required Experience: * One (1) year of experience supervising various Commercial Operations activities for electricity distribution companies in the industrial sector and/or installation of metering systems. * Knowledge of the Technical Standard for Quality of Electrical Services (NTCSE). * Project management expertise based on the PMBOK framework. * Proficiency in DigSILENT (power flow, short-circuit analysis, transient stability, and protection coordination). * Proficiency in ETAP (power flow, short-circuit analysis, protection coordination, and arc flash analysis). Competencies: * Basic Excel proficiency. Main Responsibilities: * Manage projects, services, and resources in office and field environments. * Ensure delivery of deliverables to internal and external clients. * Prepare technical reports for site visits. * Monitor and track assigned projects. * Lead and oversee field technical staff. * Manage resources required for project execution. * Comply with guidelines, policies, and regulations of the Integrated Management System. * Participate in programs, plans, procedures, and training sessions under the Integrated Management System. * Participate in identifying and communicating environmental aspects, impacts, and emergencies. * Properly segregate organizational waste.
