




Job Summary: Perform microbiological analyses and ensure data traceability and integrity in an inspection and certification service laboratory. Key Responsibilities: 1. In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture, and fisheries—forming part of the value chain for their products and services. **Job Description** * Perform required microbiological analyses in the laboratory, controlling and tracing the entire designated analytical process according to required technical specifications. * Conduct analyses on designated food, fishmeal, oil, and fat samples using predetermined techniques. * Protect the integrity of assigned test items, ensuring traceability and clear, orderly, and complete recording of activities in the designated documentation. * Monitor critical points of analysis through quality control of the method or technique applied. * Record performed analyses and enter data and results into the system, verifying that samples are consistent with obtained analytical results. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree and professional registration in Microbiology or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience conducting microbiological tests. * Basic knowledge of laboratory safety. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 standard. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office at user level. * Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP). **Additional Information** * Formal employment contract from day one. * 80% EPS health insurance premium covered. * Mandatory Life Insurance. * Ongoing training opportunities. * Corporate partnership benefits.
