The Opportunity Roche Diagnostics is seeking a New Account Manager in Lima, Peru, with the mission to acquire new accounts and expand access for more patients to high-quality medical solutions. Through disruptive value propositions and innovative commercial models, you will be the driving force behind integrated solutions benefiting patients, the healthcare system, and our company’s sustainability. **Responsibilities:** * Market strategy and analysis: Assess market potential, prospect and segment customers to design customized acquisition strategies in collaboration with cross-functional squads. * Leadership in value proposition development: Lead the creation and execution of integrated commercial offerings combining consulting, digital solutions, marketing, and disease management. * Business growth and market share: Identify, develop, and close incremental business opportunities, focusing on winning accounts from competitors and expanding market share. * Innovative business models: Collaborate in implementing new value solutions and commercial models tailored to specific customer needs. * Key visit management: Plan and execute strategic sales visits under the One Roche Solutions approach, coordinating with other roles to unify key messages and differentiated offerings. * End-to-end offer management: Oversee preparation of proposals and commercial offers jointly with the contracts team to ensure successful closures. * Internal and field coordination: Lead cross-squad interactions and coordinate across all company functions to secure contract signing, maintaining national coverage through field visits. **Who You Are:** * A bachelor’s degree in health sciences, business, marketing, or related field is required; a master’s degree is preferred, along with intermediate-to-advanced English language proficiency. * Minimum 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in diagnostics, and 3 years in commercial roles involving acquisition of new customers. * Knowledge of IVD market dynamics and stakeholders, including laboratory challenges and solutions; broad understanding of competitor technologies and brands. * Knowledge of and interest in laboratory analytics areas, including trends and updates.
