At CORE, we are searching for a People Analytics Analyst to join our team and contribute to strategic HR decision-making. **What will be your impact in this role?** You will be a key player in compensation management and data analysis, providing relevant insights for high-impact business decisions. **What will you do?** * Manage and analyze salary structures and bands. * Lead salary review processes, promotions, and remuneration adjustments. * Prepare headcount, turnover, labor cost, and HR KPI reports. * Analyze compensation indicators and salary gaps. * Develop dashboards and managerial reports for decision-making. * Apply People Analytics / HR Analytics to identify trends and opportunities. * Forecast and monitor labor budget and costs. * Administer the BUK system. **What are we looking for?** * Professional with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience in Compensation, Management Control, or HR/People Analytics. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis. * Experience with ERP or HR systems (ideal: BUK). * Strong analytical thinking, strategic orientation, and results focus.
